Our agreement provides one (1) heating equipment cleaning and one (1) cooling equipment cleaning per calendar year as recommended by many manufacturers.
Preferred Status - You will receive service priority that will guarantee you priority over customers without a Preferred Service Agreement should your system require repair. Your name goes to the top of our schedule.
Repair Discounts - You will receive 10% off any part or materials needed for repairs.
Double Parts Warranty - We’ll double the manufacturer’s warranty on all parts used for service repair.
Safer Environment - We perform special safety checks that help guard against deadly carbon monoxide leaks and ozone-depleting Freon.
Duct Cleaning - You will receive a 5% discount on tri-annual duct cleaning.
Transferable - This agreement may be transferred to a new homeowner without charge.
