Whether you are installing or replacing your gas furnace or heat pump, we know how important this decision is to you. We offer several major brands and provide a 3 level guarantee:

Lowest Price

If another licensed heating and cooling company has a lower installation price using the same equipment, performing the same services and same company warranties, we will immediately (within 48 hours) refund the difference plus an extra $50.00 for your trouble.

No Lemon Guarantee

If your heat exchanger or compressor fails more than twice within the manufacturers warranty period, we will remove that “lemon” from your home and install a new factory-fresh unit at no charge to you, including all labor, taxes and permits required. We will replace that lemon with a unit of equal size and efficiency.

Overnight Accommodations

If your new heating or cooling system fails and we don\’t respond to your call within 48 hours, we will pay for your stay at a local hotel/motel until your replacement has been fully repaired or replaced and operating 100%.

When you call us, we won’t send a commissioned salesman to your home. Instead, you will meet with a licensed contractor who will review your current system and recommend a solution that fits your individual needs.
